When Lin Qing He and Zhou Qing Bai returned to the capital, they heard that Hu Zi and Chen Shan Shan had gone back. After counting the time, they should have just missed each other.

They had a full dinner at the dumpling shop before finding Zhou Xiao Mei to go for a wash.

"Mother had asked why you didn't bring Da Wa and the boys back together." Zhou Xiao Mei said.

Normally, they should bring them back. But Lin Qing He had no such plans. It was enough for her and Zhou Qing Bai to go back.

"Tomorrow on New Year's Eve, your cousin will come over and gift you big red envelopes." Lin Qing He grinned.

"Really?" Su Ya said.

"Of course." Lin Qing He nodded.

The two sisters were overjoyed: "Then we wait for cousin's big red envelope."

"Little imps. you know to ask for red envelopes." Zhou Xiao Mei amusedly scolded. She glanced at Su Da Lin: "Your good daughters."

Su Da Lin just chuckled.

Father Zhou and Mother Zhou were amused. No one minded about Second Sister-in-law's lack of thoughtfulness in this regard.

If there was, just accept it. If not, no need to specially criticize her. The current life was getting better and better. They really didn't care about that much anymore.
