 Chapter 312. Decision

Zhou Qing Bai got up first the next day. Lin Qing He was still sleeping when he got up.

She was tossed around by him last night and was currently snoozing under the covers.

Mother Zhou whispered: "Qing Bai, who owns this transistor radio?"

"My wife bought it for you and Father but forgot to take it out in the bag. I remembered it last night." Zhou Qing Bai answered after hearing this.

"There...There's no need to spend this money." Mother Zhou was over the moon hearing this but her mouth expressed embarrassment.

A transistor radio was a rare thing.

"Life over there isn't easy. Why spend this money?" Father Zhou said with his hands behind his back.

He naturally felt that this transistor radio was too precious. Still, he felt compared to such precious radio, it was better to keep the money for life.

After all, it wasn't a must buy.

"It's okay. It didn't cost much. Since it's bought, use it." Zhou Qing Bai said.

Then he made his parents think about food.

Mother Zhou said, "Your wife hasn't woken up yet."

"Warm it in a pot later and let her eat after she wakes up." Zhou Qing Bai replied.

He indulged himself last night on New Year's Day. When his parents came back last night, they both hadn't slept yet.

Stopping and resting, they played until about eleven o'clock before going to bed. It certainly had tired his wife. She won't get up so quickly.

"Is she not feeling well?" Mother Zhou asked in concern.

"It's nothing. Studying drained the brain." Zhou Qing Bai said calmly.

"When I and your father go over there, I will buy more pig brains and stew it for your wife and Da Wa." Mother Zhou stated.

Zhou Qing Bai nodded. So they ate first.

After eating, Zhou Qing Bai didn't go out and went into the room to read the newspaper.

Lin Qing He didn't wake up until almost half-past eight and saw Zhou Qing Bai reading the newspaper next to her. She asked, "What time is it?"

"Half-past eight." Zhou Qing Bai said: "Get up to eat?"

"I want to sleep again." Lin Qing He said lazily.

It seems that since she came, she had never slept in again? In the past, she basically slept in until 12 o'clock on vacation.

Now, this habit was satisfying.

"Go to sleep. I will call you when Xiao Mei is here." Zhou Qing Bai nodded.

Lin Qing He thought about it and dropped the idea. She got up to wash and went to the kitchen to grab food from the pot.

Zhou Xiao Mei and Su Da Lin were the first to come. They arrived at ten o'clock. They brought the youngest daughter over. They didn't bring the three older ones. They sent them to stay with their granduncle.

In the evening when they go home, they'll pick them up.

"Mother, take your little granddaughter around. These three packets of sweets are for my three sisters-in-law. One for each family." Zhou Xiao Mei said.

"No need to buy sweets" Mother Zhou responded.

"It's already bought. It's nothing." Zhou Xiao Mei didn't mind: "By the way, where is my father?"

"Grab the transistor radio and went out. Still, haven't come back yet." Mother Zhou gave a frustrated laugh.

That wicked old man said that it costs money and didn’t need to buy this transistor radio. In fact, he extremely liked it. He heard that Fourth's wife bought it for them, so he asked his youngest son to teach him how to use it. Then he went out to show off.

He hadn't come back yet.

"Bought a transistor radio?" Zhou Xiao Mei exclaimed in surprise.

"Your fourth sister-in-law bought it." Mother Zhou smiled.

"Mother, to have such a daughter-in-law like my fourth sister-in-law, you must have accumulated a blessing in your last life. One can outmatch other family's few." Zhou Xiao Mei grinned.

"You're such a chatterbox." Lin Qing He amusedly reprimanded.

"You guys sit. I will take little Nan Nan out for a walk." Mother Zhou said.

She took her granddaughter out. She had also taken the candies for the other three families. It was a show of her thought.

"Why didn't you bring Cheng Cheng and the others?" Lin Qing He turned to Zhou Xiao Mei.

"Too lazy. I don't want to cycle another bike. It's fine to let them go to their granduncle's side." Zhou Xiao Mei said.

One bike can't seat so many.

Lin Qing He smiled and said to Su Da Lin, "Brother-in-law, is your job still stable?"

"No...not sta...stable." Su Da Lin shook his head.

Since last year, the situation in the factory had been relatively so-so. Although Su Da Lin had a stutter, he understood.

He estimated that the factory might close down in the future, even if it won't happen so quickly.

"Since it's not stable, better think of a retreat earlier." Lin Qing He suggested, "Do you want to go to the capital and have a try?"

"How's...how's Fourth brother's shop...doing?" Su Da Lin looked at Zhou Qing Bai.

"Not bad." Zhou Qing Bai replied: "If this side can't work out, you can go over to that side."

"If you want to go over, please tell me in advance. Business shop and a house can be found in advance." Lin Qing He said: "By the way, accommodation won't cost anything. Qing Bai and I found a place for Father and Mother. It's spacious. The rent remains the same anyway. You can live with Father and Mother."

"This...I...can't really." Su Da Lin uttered embarrassedly.

"No need to be shy. If you don’t want to live there, we'll still bring Father and Mother over. It's still that price. It doesn’t make any difference if you live there as well. At that time, Qing Bai and I will check around for you. See if there is any shop in the area. If there is, then it's perfect," Lin Qing He responded.

The house with a yard she bought with Zhou Qing Bai was still some distance away from the dumpling shop. It would take about forty minutes to walk. Not close at all.

Normally they would have to consider the distance away from Father Zhou and Mother Zhou.

So Lin Qing He felt that it would be best for Zhou Xiao Mei's family to live there.

She can't really lend her the shop. She wanted to open another shop. However, the accommodation was no problem. In the future, she can buy a house and move out.

"Fourth Sister-in-law, when are you and Fourth Brother going to bring Father and Mother over?" Zhou Xiao Mei asked.

"This summer vacation." Lin Qinghe said.

"So fast?" Zhou Xiao Mei was surprised.

Lin Qing He smiled and looked at the couple and said: "My career is stable. Your fourth brother's income is also steady. There is no problem bringing them over this year."

"Fourth Sister-in-law, I have discussed with Da Lin. Can we move over this year?" Zhou Xiao Mei bit her lips and questioned.

"Of course you can." Lin Qing He looked at them and continued, "The kids' education won't be a problem. I will handle this for you.  I think business is very reliable. After all, Brother-in-law got good culinary skills. But for specific parts, you have to try it yourself."

"Wait...Wait for when Father and Mother...go over, we will...go...together...together with them." Su Da Lin nodded.

"That's all right. Pack everything when that time comes. We will come to pick up Father and Mother, and then help you carry some of the things." Lin Qing He smiled.
