ReplyDeleteI could never love someone who loves their children that little. Although MC has treated the 3 Zhou sons well, it shows that she loves herself more than them. It's not wrong per se, she's right that they will have to live their own lives in the future and she really is doing a superb job to raise them at their best, but she can't compare to the mothers who would dig their heart out for their children. I'm not talking about biological mothers either - their original mother was terrible, but even some adoptive/foster/mother figures have shown more love to children than she has.
