Mother Zhou is a decent mother in law compared to others in the same era but I still can't stand her. If ML took her side in anything against MC, I would be so mad and would not accept anything less than divorce.
ReplyDeleteThankfully, he's not like that or less this novel would have been hell for MC. He's not perfect but he does treat MC pretty well except for the whole breeding obsession.
Her unnecessary worries & probing are just an annoyance that FL can easily shut down or ignore. Because that's the most Mother Zhou would pursue. Unlike a lot of MILs who wont back down & keep going with throwing shades which sadly still exists even until now so... *shrugs
