ReplyDeleteI got a LOT of cramps back when I was younger and it became a routine for me to fall asleep with my dad massaging my legs. I didn't know that it was because of calcium deficiency.
Unlike my brother and sister I wasn't too fond of drinking milk so now my younger sister that's five years younger than me has passed my height. I actually groaned out loud in regret when I read this haha. Should've drown myself in milk when I was younger.

ReplyDeleteI doubt any of us reading have problems affording calcium, but egg shells are chock full of calcium, that the MC is probably throwing away. Half an egg shell is enough calcium for an adult. It’s frequently used as a supplement for dogs, but humans can eat it too. Although we usually throw it away.
